MaskOff is designed for calls where the caller has hidden their phone number. Depending on your phone and carrier, these calls may appear as No Caller ID, Private, Blocked, or a similar label.
An Unknown label can also appear when the network does not provide usable caller information. Because carriers and phones use these labels differently, not every call labeled Unknown can be revealed.

MaskOff can reveal a blocked or private number when the call reaches your phone after setup and you decline it so conditional call forwarding can process it.
