Cancel your MaskOff subscription

Cancel through the App Store or Google Play account used to subscribe.

MaskOff subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. Cancel through the store account used to start the subscription.

iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Tap your name.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Select MaskOff.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Android

  1. Open Google Play.

  2. Tap your profile icon.

  3. Open Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

  4. Select MaskOff.

  5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

If MaskOff is not listed, check whether you subscribed with a different Apple or Google account.

Canceling billing does not turn off MaskOff call forwarding immediately. To stop new calls from being processed, also open MaskOff and choose Deactivate MaskOff in Settings.
