No. MaskOff can only process eligible blocked calls received after setup is complete.
A past call cannot be sent through MaskOff retroactively, even if it still appears as No Caller ID or Private in your phone's call history.
After activation, decline an incoming blocked call so conditional call forwarding can send it to MaskOff for processing.
