Delete your MaskOff account

Permanently delete your account from the MaskOff app.

  1. Open MaskOff.

  2. Open the Settings tab.

  3. Scroll down and select Delete account.

  4. Follow the prompts to confirm.

Account deletion is permanent. Export anything you want to keep before confirming.

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately through the App Store or Google Play.

Golan Telecom: Account deletion does not remove the Follow Me setting in your Golan account. Sign in to Golan and turn off the forwarding that matches the number shown in MaskOff.
